Traqq on GDPR compliance

We at Traqq understand the importance of privacy for our customers and business owners. As a company offering services in the EU, we comply with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) law that went into effect on May 25, 2018.

Since the creation of our time tracker, we've taken all the steps necessary to meet GDPR requirements and be transparent about what we do with your data.

Below we will cover the most Frequently Asked Questions regarding our GDPR compliance policy. If you require additional assistance or clarifications, don’t hesitate to contact us directly at support@traqq.com

In general, we store your tracked data for 1 year from the date it was received on. By data we mean your time tracked, activity, blurred screenshots and blurred screen recordings. After a year, this data is automatically deleted.

Your contact information and login details are stored until your account is fully deleted per your request.

If you want to get a written confirmation from us that all your data has been deleted, feel free to contact our Support team at support@traqq.com. Our Support Team checks every request and will act in accordance with the GDPR law.

Is the data encrypted?

We encrypt all data during transmission and at rest. Your blurred screenshots and screen recordings are stored on the AWS cloud servers. For more information, or to view the AWS ISO 27018 Certification, see the AWS ISO 27018 Compliance webpage. Your encrypted activity data is stored on our private protected servers, located in the US and Canada.
