When you purchase Traqq products, you provide your personal contact, billing, and shipping information to our payment processing partner, who retains the information needed for billing and shipping purposes, and information on your product licenses. Our payment processing partner shares with us the minimum information needed for us to provide service to you and handle your license. We may use that information to email you regarding your order. We do not get access to your payment details, such as your credit card or bank account number. This information is encrypted and only used by our payment processing partners for the intended purpose.
Information collected by the Traqq application on Windows, Mac and Linux devices:
We may collect names of applications used, websites visited, your work time, the operating system on your device, whether there is mouse and/or keyboard activity, and your web browser version.
Traqq does not work as a keylogger. The application does not record the characters you type on your keyboard, but rather detects whether the keyboard is being typed on. The amount of time during which there was activity recorded is saved in a local queue on your device and uploaded to your online Traqq account every 15 minutes.
