Recovering password

Step 1

Click the 'Forgot password?' link on the log-in page.

Step 2

Enter the email address currently saved in your Traqq account and click the 'Continue' button. We will send you a recovery link via email.

Step 3

Open the message you get from Traqq and click on the 'Reset password' button

 

Step 4

Choose your new password and click on the 'Reset' button.
