Step 1

Click on 'Organization' on the left-side navigation panel to go to the Settings page.

Go to the 'Permissions' tab.

Step 3

Select visibility of billable hours and pay rates by adjusting the menu under 'Who can view/manage pay rates and amounts earned by team members'.

Step 4

To enable/disable the approval process for time approval requests, adjust the toggle in front of 'Require approval to manually add time'.

Step 5

Choose who can view and manage approvals by adjusting the menu under 'Who can view and manage manual time adding requests'. Note that Managers can only manage the requests of users within their groups.

Step 6

Enable bypassing approvals for time adjustment, by whitelisting selected roles in 'Who can add time without approval', or by disabling the time approvals in Step 3.
