Timelines

Traqq measures user activity based on the frequency of keystrokes and mouse movements.

There are 2 tabs here: Team Timelines and Individual Activity 

The Team Timelines tab lets you see the timelines of all company employees at a glance. You may use the dropdown menu to select the users you want to review or have timelines displayed for all users.



Click on any member’s timesheet to inspect their activities for the present day.

On the Individual Activity tab, you can view the timeline for a specific employee by selecting them from the dropdown list. To return to your own timeline, just select yourself from the dropdown user list or click the My Activity button.

You can browse the activity timesheet of the team in three different timezone settings: 

  • - Members' timezone

  • - Your own timezone

  • - Organization’s timezone

The average daily activity level is shown as a percentage at the top-right of the Timelines page. The colors on your timeline correspond to your activity levels per each time slot:

Green: high activity, 60-100%

Yellow: moderate activity, 40-59%

Red: low activity and idle, 0-39%

Blue: manually added  time

Each time slot contains information on the Top-3 Apps & Websites used, and the activity percentage for each 15-minute time interval.



The dates on the calendar are also marked (underlined) in colors corresponding to the average daily activity level.



The Top Apps & Websites tab shows the time spent on your top 10 apps and websites.
