You can get a report on the total tracked hours deleted by your team during the time period you select. To generate a report on deleted time, click on Reports on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Deleted Tracked Time tab and select the time period for your report. &nbsp;

Traqq allows managers to view and the total deleted worked hours of users.

Detect Deleted Time Slots

The Dashboard page is available to administrative roles (Owners, Admins and partially Managers). It gives a general insight into the users&rsquo; <a href="https://traqq.com/support/monitoring-teams/timelines">activity levels</a>, hours worked and the <a href="https://traqq.com/support/monitoring-teams/apps-and-websites">apps &amp; websites used</a>. You can switch between different views: Summary, by People, by Teams.

The Traqq dashboard page is available to administrators only. It gives a general insight into users’ activity levels, hours worked and the apps & websites used.

Dashboard

Traqq measures user activity based on the frequency of keystrokes and mouse movements.
There are 2 tabs here: Team Timelines and Individual Activity&nbsp;
The <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/timelines/team">Team Timelines</a> tab lets you see the timelines of all company employees at a glance. You may use the dropdown menu to select the users you want to review or have timelines displayed for all users.

On the&nbsp;<a href="//newapp.traqq.com/timelines/individual">Individual Activity</a> tab, you can view the timeline for a specific employee by selecting them from the dropdown list. To return to your own timeline, just select yourself from the dropdown user list or click the My Activity button.

You can browse the activity timesheet of the team in three different timezone settings:&nbsp;

The average daily activity level is shown as a percentage at the top-right of the Timelines page. The colors on your timeline correspond to your activity levels per each time slot:
Green: high activity, 60-100%
Yellow: moderate activity, 40-59%
Red: low activity and idle, 0-39%
Blue: manually added&nbsp; time
Each time slot contains information on the Top-3 Apps &amp; Websites used, and the activity percentage for each 15-minute time interval.

When you open your Timelines page, it shows your daily log with active and idle time recorded. The average daily activity level is shown as a percentage.

Timelines

The timesheet consists of 15 minute blocks, each one marked with a color corresponding to your activity level during the 15 minutes, and containing Top-3 Apps &amp; Websites used and the activity percentage. Even if the user stops the tracker before the new 15 minute period ends, the block will still contain the activity level and Top-3 Apps &amp; Websites. The gaps or empty blocks you see between colored blocks show the time periods when the tracker was off/when you weren&rsquo;t working.

Timesheet

Users can check what they, or their teams, spend their time on on the <a href="https://app.traqq.com/activity/apps">Apps &amp; Websites</a> page. Note that regular Users may only see their own data, while Admins and Owners may view data on everyone in the company, and Managers may view data for Users in their team.

If you have the rights, look for the user whose activity you want to review in the drop-down menu. in the user selection field on the Individual Activity tab.

Traqq is constantly monitoring the websites and apps used by employees. Users can also see their data and delete their screenshots and time when needed.

Apps and Websites Usage

<h3>Step 1 </h3>
Click on the icon with your initials at the top-right and choose Profile Settings.

Go to the Notifications tab and adjust your notification preferences for time approval requests, your activity summaries, the team&rsquo;s activity summary, non-stop activity of users, idle time email alerts, and deleted time alerts.

Traqq notifies you of your team’s performance via email. You can adjust the notification settings to match your preference.

Performance Notification

The new <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/attendance/attendance-and-no-shows">Attendance </a>feature lets you track your employees&rsquo; work hours and attendance to help you analyze their engagement and workloads. With this data at your fingertips, you can increase employee productivity and job completion. <img src="/upload/editor/2024-08-09_13:40:43_Step 1(12).png" alt="">
The Attendance section is only available to people with the Admin, Owner and Manager roles. Use the filters at the top of the page to select the people and time periods you want to see data for. Please note that you can get Attendance reports for periods up to 2 days before today. By default, all data is displayed in the Members&rsquo; time zone and this filter may not be changed.
<h3> Attendance &amp; No-Shows</h3>
The <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/attendance/attendance-and-no-shows">Attendance &amp; No-Shows</a> tab shows the number of hours a user worked during each day, the days they took off, the days they were absent from work for no approved reason, days they worked less than their standard/required time. <img src="/upload/editor/2024-08-09_13:41:32_Step 3(6).png" alt="">
Time off and work day duration can be specified in the <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/organization/settings">organization settings</a>. There may also be individual time limits set for a user in the <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/people/active">People</a> section, as well as various types of time off in the <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/time-off/calendar">Time Off</a> section. The data you see in the table reflects the organization&rsquo;s and each user&rsquo;s current settings. <h3> Clock In / Clock Out</h3>
