Run as administrator
Traqq will not be able to track your activity if it does not have the permissions required for accurate screen and activity tracking.
On macOS, you only need to give three permissions to Traqq to ensure proper tracking: Notifications, Browser and Screen Recording.
1. Granting notifications permission
To manually enable notifications, open your System Preferences and follow these steps:
Step 1:Open Notification
Find Traqq on the left and click on it
Switch ‘Allow Notifications’ to ON
2. Granting Screen recording permission
To manually enable screen recording, open your System Preferences and follow these steps:
Open Security & Privacy
Find Screen Recording on the left and click on it
Check the box next to Traqq to enable screen recording
NOTE: Please make sure the lock at the bottom-left of your Security & Privacy screen is unlocked to allow editing access control options
3. Granting browsers (URL tracking) permission
You must also enable browser tracking from the Security & Privacy page.
Follow Step 1 from above, then proceed with Step 2 below:
Find Automation on the left and click on it
Check the boxes next to all browsers, as well as System Events. If the browser you’re using is not available here, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org.
Following these edits, you will receive this pop-up. Simply click on Quit & Reopen to restart Traqq with the new settings.
