To close time approval requests, go to the Time requests tab.
To individually close tickets, select the Actions option at the end of the line
To close multiple tickets at once, tick the checkbox on the left of each ticket, to enable the Approve/Decline options at the bottom of the screen.
Optionally, you can write in the reason for Approval/Decline as feedback for the requester.
Viewing approved and declined tickets
You may review approved or declined requests separately by using the filter under Status.
