Tracking time after midnight
When you track time with a timer, the time is not automatically moved to the new day when the clock reaches 00:00. If you continue tracking after midnight, the time is added to the previous day.
For example, if you start a timer at 10:00 PM and stop it at 2:00 AM, all 4 hours are added to the previous day. If you start a new timer after that, it starts tracking from that moment. The 2 hours tracked after midnight are still recorded for the previous day.
To record your time for the correct dates, stop the timer before 00:00. Then start a new timer after midnight.
For example:
- Start the timer on Monday.
- Stop it before 00:00.
- Start a new timer after 00:00 on Tuesday.
This way, time tracked on Tuesday is recorded for Tuesday.
