Pausing, cancelling and resuming your subscription
You can pause, cancel, or resume your Traqq subscription at any time from the Subscription tab.
To access the Subscription section, click the plan name in the top-right corner of the web app.

Pausing your subscription
Pausing your subscription stops automatic renewal for future payments. Your current plan remains active until the end of your paid billing period.
Click Pause subscription in the top-right corner.

In the confirmation window, click Pause subscription again.

After your subscription is paused:
- - Your current plan remains active until the end of the paid billing period.
- Automatic renewal is disabled.
- You can resume your subscription at any time.
- Editing the number of seats, changing the billing period, and switching plans become unavailable. - The Subscription page will show the date until which your current plan remains active.

Resuming your subscription
- You can resume your subscription at any time. Click Resume subscription in the top-right corner.

- Your subscription will resume with your selected plan and billing period.

Cancelling your subscription
- Cancelling your subscription immediately switches your workspace to the Free plan. Note that any unused time remaining in your current plan is non-refundable.
- Click Cancel subscription in the top-right corner.

- Review the changes that will apply after cancellation, then click Proceed.

- After cancellation:
- - Your workspace switches to the Free plan.
- Only 1 project remains available.
- The workspace can have up to 3 users.
- Paid features become unavailable.
- Changes take effect immediately.
- Any unused time remaining in your current plan is non-refundable. -
Selecting a project after cancellation
- If your workspace has more than one project, you will need to select which project should remain active.
- To complete the cancellation:
- - Select the project you want to keep.
- Click Confirm changes. 
- All other projects will be archived and hidden from the active view. Archived projects and their data remain available, but they cannot be used while your workspace is on the Free plan.

Archiving users after cancellation
- If your workspace has more than 3 active users, you will be asked to archive users that exceed the limit.
- In the new window, choose users you would like to archive and click Confirm changes.

Archived users:
- cannot sign in or track time;
- do not count toward your seat limit;
- keep their historical records available;
- can be restored later if your plan has enough available seats.
