Exporting reports

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">You can generate a weekly report on your personal, or your team&rsquo;s (if you have the rights), overall performance for a selected week.</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To generate weekly activity reports, click on <a href="https://newapp.traqq.com/reports">Reports</a>&nbsp;on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Weekly Summary tab.</p>

Weekly summary

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">You can select a time period to get a detailed report on activity levels and the amount of time you or your team worked.</p>
<h3>Step 1</h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">To generate time reports with activity stats, click on <a href="https://newapp.traqq.com/reports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reports</a> on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Time and Activity tab and choose the time period for your report.</p>

Time and activity

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">You can select a time period to get a report on the amount of time you or your team spent on specific apps and websites.</p>
<h3>Step 1</h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">To generate a report on Apps &amp; Websites, click on <a href="https://newapp.traqq.com/reports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reports</a> on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Apps and Websites tab and select the time period for your report.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">You can generate a report to see how much time, if any, was manually added during the time period you select.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">To generate a report on Manual Time Adjustments, click on <a href="https://newapp.traqq.com/reports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reports</a> on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Manual Time Adjustments tab and select the time period for your report.</p>

Manual Time Adjustments

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">You can get a report on the amounts earned by you or your team during the time period you select.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">To generate a report on Amounts Earned, click on <a href="https://newapp.traqq.com/reports" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Reports</a> on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Amounts Earned tab and select the time period for your report.</p>

Expenses & Amounts earned

Filtering reports

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">To generate a report on Idle Time, click on Reports on the left-side navigation panel, then open the Idle Time tab and select the time period for your report.</p>

You can get a report on the total idle time (0% activity) by your team during the time period you select.

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To generate a report on deleted activities, click on Reports on the left-side navigation panel, then open the 'Deleted Tracked Time' tab and select the time period for your report.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To delete a scheduled report, click the three dots at the end of the report&rsquo;s line and choose Delete from the menu that appears. You may also delete multiple reports at once by checking the boxes next to them and clicking the Delete link that appears at the bottom of the page.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Instead of deleting your report, you may now simply pause it. Flip the toggle next to the report to the OFF position to temporarily stop it from being sent. To re-enable the report, just flip the toggle back to ON.&nbsp;</p>

Scheduled Reports

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">You can share reports with other people by simply sending them a link.&nbsp;</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Click on &lsquo;<a href="//newapp.traqq.com/reports/shared">Shared Reports</a>&rsquo; on the &lsquo;Reports&rsquo; tab. Here you can see the list of previously shared reports and create new ones by clicking on the &lsquo;+Share a new report&rsquo; button.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">Select report mode:&nbsp;<br><strong>Live report</strong> lets you share a report that will show data starting from the date you select, and will be updated daily.</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg"><strong>Fixed-dates report</strong> will only display data for the dates you specify.&nbsp;</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg"><strong>Note</strong>: when you choose to share a Weekly report, you may only select whole weeks and the report will show data for each full week included.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">The list of all of the reports you create will appear on the main page. You will be able to manage your reports individually or in bulk.</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">To manage several reports at a time, select them by checking the boxes at the beginning of each report&rsquo;s line. This way you can pause multiple or all reports at once (which will make them unavailable), or delete batches or all reports from the list.</p>
