Alternatively, you can go to the People page and send out invites from there.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Enter the email addresses of the people you&rsquo;d like to invite. You can also select their <a href="https://traqq.com/support/managing-teams/roles-and-permissions">Roles</a> and the <a href="https://traqq.com/support/managing-teams/adding-and-editing-groups">Group(s)</a>&nbsp;they will be assigned to. The Group option will be available only if you have already created groups.</p>

Note that the link is valid for a limited time. Along with the link, your invitees will receive registration and installation instructions via email:</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">After registering and installing Traqq, your team members will appear on your Dashboard and <a href="https://app.traqq.com/people">People</a>&nbsp;pages.</p>

Adding users

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg"><strong>Users</strong>: Can view/manage personal activity and account</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr"><strong>Manager</strong>: Can view/manage personal activity and account + view activity of all Users in assigned groups.</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr"><strong>Admins</strong>: Have access to organization settings and can view/manage activity and accounts of all Managers and Users.</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr"><strong>Owners</strong>: Have global organization permissions and access to every Admin, Manager and User.</p>
<h3><strong>Step 1</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">If you are an Admin or Owner, you can assign your teammates&rsquo; roles when inviting them:</p>

<h3><strong>Step 2</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">If you have already invited your team, you can change their roles by clicking on the Edit icon (the pen icon) next to the person&rsquo;s name, and proceeding to edit.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">In the Edit User window, click on the 'Role' dropdown menu to expand the options. When you select a role, its description will be shown in a yellow box below.</p>

Traqq supports four administrator levels with different access rights and monitoring options. They are Owner, Managers, Admins and Users.

Roles and Permissions

<h3><strong>Step 1</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Go to the 'People' tab and click on the Edit icon (the three dots) at the right end of the line with the user&rsquo;s name. Choose the 'Archive' option from the menu that appears.</p>

<h3><strong>Step 2</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">If you need to delete multiple users, check the boxes next to them and click on the 'Archive' button that appears at the bottom of the page to remove them.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To <strong>restore</strong> or <strong>permanently</strong> <strong>delete</strong> all activity history for an archived user, go to the 'Archived' tab, click on the Edit icon (the three dots) at the right end of the line with the user&rsquo;s name, and choose the option you need.</p>
<h3>&nbsp;</h3>

In this short guide we'll show you how to remove users and stop tracking their time. You will have multiple options to archive or permanently delete them.

Removing Users

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Traqq allows Owners and Admins to group users by teams or projects by assigning them to groups. You can generate separate reports and review stats for each group. Users have two ways to get assigned to their designated groups.</p>
<h3><strong>Step 1</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Go to the 'Groups' page.</p>

<h3><strong>Step 3</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">In the New Group window, enter a name for your group and click on the green + sign to add users to the group.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">You may also assign Managers (supervising seniors) to your groups. Group managers will be able to monitor the activity of all regular users in their assigned group. To assign a Manager, go to the 'Group managers' tab and click the green + sign next to the name of the person you want to be a Manager.</p>
<h3><strong>Step 4</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To edit a group&rsquo;s name, its members, or the Manager, or even delete it, click on the Edit icon (the three dots) at the right end of the line with the group&rsquo;s name. Choose the &lsquo;Edit&rsquo; option from the drop-down menu.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Once a manager is removed, they will no longer have access to the Dashboard page (unless they are a manager in another group), and will be removed from the group you are editing. <strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Note: Managers may not exist without groups. If you are removing a manager from a single group, their role will be automatically changed to User unless they are a Manager in another group. Additionally, If someone is a Manager in one group, and you add them as a Manager to another group, they will automatically get access to all Users inside the new group while keeping access to all Users in their other group.<strong>&nbsp;</strong></p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To bulk delete groups, simply click on the checkbox on the left of every group for selection, and click on &lsquo;Delete&rsquo; at the bottom.</p>

Traqq allows owners and admins to gather users by teams or projects by assigning them to groups allowing you to generate separate reports and stats.

Adding and editing groups

<h3><strong>Step 1</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">In the &lsquo;People&rsquo; tab, click on the Edit icon (the pen) to the right of the rate you want to change.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">In the window that pops up, enter the person&rsquo;s pay rate and save the changes.</p>

Managing pay rates

<h3><strong>Step 1</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To close time approval requests, go to the&nbsp;<a href="https://app.traqq.com/requests/adjustment" target="_blank" rel="noopener">Time requests tab</a>.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">To close multiple tickets at once, tick the checkbox on the left of each ticket, to enable the Approve/Decline options at the bottom of the screen.</p>

<h3><strong>Step 3</strong></h3>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">Optionally, you can write in the reason for Approval/Decline as feedback for the requester.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg" dir="ltr">You may review approved or declined requests separately by using the filter under Status.</p>

Time Approval

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">Organization account Owners and Admins can set individual time limits for their employees in the <a href="//app.traqq.com/people/all">People </a>section.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">In the Edit Limits window, you will find the following options:</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">&nbsp;&nbsp; - Allowed to work: the number of hours that may be tracked during a work day.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; - Use for restrictions: the time zone to use for calculating time limits.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; - Restrict work hours to: the time interval, in hours and minutes, during which work time may be tracked.<br>&nbsp;&nbsp; - Allow to work on these days: days of the week during which work time may be tracked.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg"><strong>Note</strong>: Be aware that the limits you set go into effect the next day.&nbsp;</p>
<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">The employee for whom time limits have been set will be able to see them in their Traqq app by going to the Work time limits tab in the app&rsquo;s Settings window.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">The employee will not be able to track work time outside of the time interval or above the allowed number of hours set for them. When the limit is reached, time tracking will be stopped and a notification will be displayed.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">The exception is when an employee works without an internet connection, and there are some limits set for their account or the organization&rsquo;s account during this offline time. When the user reconnects to the Internet, the Traqq app will immediately receive updated information on the new limits, and all their offline time tracked outside of those limits will be sent to the supervisors for approval. It will be listed under <a href="//app.traqq.com/requests/overlimits">Overlimits</a> in the Time Requests section.</p>

<p class="paragraph paragraph_lg">Overlimit settings may be managed in the <a href="//newapp.traqq.com/organization/permissions">Permissions </a>section by users with the Owner role. Owners may choose who can approve overlimit time for employees or whose requests should be approved automatically. They may also choose to have all incoming overlimit time requests approved automatically.&nbsp;</p>
