Apps & Websites

Can Traqq record the apps and websites I use when I’m offline?

If the tracker is on, then yes. Traqq works offline as well as online. It will track your used and active apps. The data will be uploaded to your Traqq timeline once you have a stable internet connection.

Does Traqq record my browser activity?

Nope. Traqq detects and reports the apps and websites you spend more than 10 seconds on. The info is displayed in the form of a pie chart. For the apps and sites you spend less than 10 seconds on, Traqq will show the total time summed as ‘Other’ on the ‘Apps & Websites’ page.

Why doesn’t Traqq show my used websites?

If you’re experiencing inaccuracies or discrepancies with your tracked apps or websites, you either may not have enabled all of the required tracking options on your computer, or have a third-party firewall or antivirus interfering with activity detection. Please contact support@traqq.com to schedule a live troubleshooting session.
